We are using telemedicine now in the Corona crisis; it surely is a boost for clinics and for patients to really connect their accounts and upload, so consultations can be more meaningful and up-to-datw; we use Carelink ( Medtronic), Clarity ( Dexcom), Libreview ( FreeStyle Libre), Diasend/Glooko and send patients invitations to start a home account and connect. Before COVID-19 20 % of patients actually accepted the invitation and did the upload ( as has  been reported in the literature); nowadays the numbers are increasing.
