I would like to receive links to professional medical publications on COVID-19 inType 1 diabetes ; so far I have found none on the web. The reason is anxiety in my patients, because the media attribute diabetes as a rsk factor for a worse prognosis if infected. I believe the most experience has been gained with type 2 diabetes, notably type 2 diabetes and co-morbidities as hypertension and heart disease. I found one publication of COVID-19 course in children ( not specifically diabetes) , which, I believe, will be more representatieve for young people with type 1 diabetes in good control without complications.
